Jonathan D. Coles

Jonathan is a second-generation REALTOR® with over 18 years of active experience in the real estate industry and a proud graduate of the Pennsylvania State University. He has a broker’s license in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland, and Washington DC. In Pennsylvania and Virginia, Jonathan served on numerous local, state, and national REALTOR® committees including local board president in Pennsylvania and Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS Vice Chair of RPAC Fundraising. Jonathan has served on the PA and VA CRS Chapters and the National Real Estate Business Institute Board of Directors. He is an RPAC Golden R Major Investor and a member of RPAC President’s Circle.
Jonathan actively works with buyers and sellers on a daily basis in the Northern Virginia, Maryland, and DC markets with KW Metro Center. He is a trainer within his brokerage training new agents and enjoys teaching clients the ins and outs of a real estate transaction.
Jonathan owns and operates real estate school, Queen Academy of Real Estate, which is licensed in Virginia. In addition to writing his own courses for agents, Jonathan teaches pre-licensing and a number of the NAR Center for REALTOR Development courses through Queen Academy.
He lives in Alexandria, Virginia with his partner, Tim, and two dogs- Barnaby Tucker and Cornelius Hackl.
