Growing up in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania, the son of two real estate brokers, I learned first hand how difficult the real estate field can be. I remember my parents working late and on weekends. It wasn’t until I was older that I understood why- they were helping people achieve the American Dream of home ownership.

Living and working through both the Great Recession and a Global Pandemic has fueled my mission to instruct and create timely conversations for real estate professionals without the rose colored vision that so many speakers lead with. Learning with Coles means learning with honesty, heart, and humility. Whether you are a pre licensee struggling to get started or an association with members facing stagnant sales, I am here to help. I have been in your shoes. Let’s tackle the uneasy topics and dreaded continuing education with a fresh perspective and from the ground up, together.
